CLARENCE WAGNER, MBA
GENESIS STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, Ltd./LLC

Clarence WagnerClarence Wagner has lived in Israel for over 32 years, where he co-founded one of the leading international pro-Israel, evangelical Christian ministries headquartered in Jerusalem. His numerous books, articles, lectures, radio interviews and television appearances bring current news and insights from Israel in light of Bible prophecy, as well as explore the biblical insights of our Christian faith from a Hebraic perspective, putting today’s Christians into the context of life in Bible times, including today’s events, revealing the deeper message of the Scriptures.  During his years in the non-profit sector, he raised over $100 million for relief projects for the most needy in Israeli society.

With his extensive education in investments, marketing, and management, at the encouragement of the Israeli Knesset (Parliament), in 2005, Clarence founded and currently is the CEO of Genesis Strategic Solutions International, Ltd. (GSSI). His organization brings Christian investment and business partnerships to the Israeli marketplace, boosting the economy and providing jobs to Israelis and new immigrants as they return to their ancient homeland.  Through GSSI, Clarence has brought millions of dollars of investment to Israeli new start-ups, as well as providing advice, counsel and strategic planning to Israeli companies seeking to expand their markets overseas. By connecting unique Israeli products and technologies to well-established Christian businesses overseas who can used their already established distribution networks, Clarence helps increase the market of Israel companies, which increases jobs in Israel.

In 2009, while continuing his work with Genesis Strategic Solutions International, LLC, Clarence also joined the team of MAVEN Technology to become Vice-President of Business Development.

Clarence was born in the U.S. in 1953.  He graduated from Graham-Eckes Prep School in Palm Beach, FL in 1971; earned his B. Sc. in Marketing and B. Sc. in Investments from Babson College in Wellesley, MA in 1975; and a Masters in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University in 1976; all with high distinction.  He is currently working on his dissertation for his D. Phil from Oxford Graduate School.

Clarence has been featured in major newspapers, radio and television programs, as well as a guest lecturer at various colleges, universities, churches, and synagogues around the world.  He has also had the opportunity to be a keynote speaker at luncheons, seminars, and civic groups as a Christian advocate for Israel and the Jewish people.

Lloyd LurieLloyd Lurie brings over 25 years of operations, technology management, and client servicing experience to MAVEN Technology, with proven success in client-facing and operational roles, in both startup and mature corporate environments. Lloyd holds a B.A. with honors in Mathematics from McGill University, considered Canada’s premier university.

Lloyd worked for 20 years at Northern Trust, a high-touch, conservative financial institution headquartered in Chicago, with assets under custody of over $3 trillion. He served as VP of Technology and managed the expansion of Northern's network to over 70 locations world-wide, supporting over 5,000 corporate clients, as well as over 8,000 employees.

In 1998, Lloyd and his wife realized their life-long dream and moved (made aliyah)  their family to the Land of Israel. They lived in the Holy City of Jerusalem for 10 years before moving in 2008 to Ma’ale Adumim, in the heart of the biblical land of Judea.

Lloyd’s first job in Israel was with Tradeum, an e-commerce startup, where he was VP of Client and Technical Operations.  He created and operated its global hosting business and 24/7 customer service operation.  Lloyd was a key member of the senior management team that completed Tradeum’s sale to VerticalNet for $500 million, which, at the time, was the largest acquisition of an Israeli company by a public US company.

Afterwards, during the height of the intifada, Lloyd built and managed a multi-lingual, round-the-clock contact center and outsourcing facility in Jerusalem for US-based IDT Corporation.  As IDT's COO, he expanded its operation to both Tel Aviv and Beersheva.  This provided employment to thousands of Israelis, including many American Jewish immigrants, who were hard hit by both the terrorism-induced tourism collapse at the same time that the technology-business bubble burst.

Lloyd’s son recently served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for three full years in an elite combat unit and continues serving several weeks a year in reserve duty.  His son battled against Hezbollah during the Second Lebanon War, in addition to the Hamas terrorist infrastructure inside the Gaza Strip.  Lloyd’s daughter will be enlisting in the IDF immediately following Succoth (the Feast of Tabernacles) 2009.

At MAVEN Technology, Lloyd looks forward, once again, to helping build a fabulously successful company with robust business operations in Israel.
