MAVEN Technology (MAVEN) is a company that develops and markets innovative solutions for large, often under-recognized, healthcare problems. MAVEN solutions combine hi-tech, user-friendly products and personal services based on a wireless telecommunication platform to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

MAVEN’s strong business model includes multiple revenue streams from the sale of products, basic emergency response services and additional personalized services leveraging our core products and communication capability. To further maximize both revenue and profit, we market our solutions direct-to-consumer (DTC) using infomercials, local cable TV and the Internet. The result is a strong business model that can be utilized to market and manage our solutions over a wide range of health care opportunities.

MAVEN’s primary focus is the senior/mature market because of its large size, rapid world-wide growth, high disposable income and strong motivation for the maintenance of an active healthy lifestyle well into the senior years. The entry of the baby boomer generation into the senior market will create unprecedented opportunities.

MAVEN’s first solution is to the problem of falls and hip fractures and combines a revolutionary new product with an unmatched personalized monitoring and emergency response service. The product is a stylish belt containing a personal-size airbag and mini cell-phone. The airbag automatically inflates around the hips before the wearer hits the ground, and wireless voice communication is established automatically with an emergency response call center. The communication service can be used by the wearer to call for assistance at any time. MAVEN’s second solution, primarily intended for non-fallers, addresses the need of seniors and others to feel secure in their daily activities. Its product is a new-generation, advanced emergency-call pendant that offers a host of previously unavailable features and personalization. Its service is the emergency response call center that will already exist for our first solution. Both solutions provide two-way voice communication wherever there is cell-phone service.

MAVEN Technology is an existing California company doing significant development and clinical testing in Israel. Israel is a country that offers superior R&D capability at reasonable prices and unmatched convenience. Israel has more high-tech companies than anywhere else in the world- all in an area smaller than New Jersey and within two hours driving time (except for Silicon Valley). Israeli scientists and entrepreneurs have recently created more patents and high tech companies than any other country. Israeli medical institutions are among the finest in the world and noted for their fine clinical research. As it has in the past, MAVEN will use American and Asian resources, as needed.

MAVEN believes its aggressive marketing and superior products and services will create a large loyal customer base and generate revenue in the hundreds of millions of dollars. We anticipate an IPO or advantageous take over by a major health care company in 3 to 5 years.
